Cancellation Policy 

• 30 for 30 Trial: To cancel the 30 for 30 Trial and avoid automatic enrollment in the Annual Plan, the Member must email Tee Box at kaysville@tbx.golf at least five (5) days before the end of the 30-day trial period.
• Annual/Corporate Memberships: The Member may cancel their Annual Membership at any time. However, upon cancellation, the Member will be responsible for paying the remaining balance for the entire 12-month term.
• Monthly Membership: The Member may cancel their Monthly Membership by providing a 30-day notice. The membership will terminate at the end of the 30-day notice period, and the Member will be responsible for any fees due during this period.
